Refunds and Returns Policies

New and Used vehicle purchase deposits will have a 24 hour Cooling off period with fully refundable deposit. Parts purchases are non-refundable however unopened purchases may be returned for a full store deposit less any freight charges. Cancellation of any transaction must be by immediate contact to our office before any shipment of parts or the 24 hour cooling off period has expired and must also be provided in writing after direct contact.

Securing Card Hold Data

Our transaction page into which you key your card details is hosted on the secure server of the NAB, using industry standard encryption- at no stage would we have access to those details, and we do not store card details of customers on our computer database.
